Earth offers steadiness. Water offers flow. Together, they shape a practice that moves between groundedness and ease, structure and softness. This isn't about achieving a pose. It's about feeling your way through the practice, sequenced with intention, to settle your nervous system and bring you back home to yourself.

Soma Satya: The Gathering

A weekly space where the practice isn't prescribed, it's uncovered. There's no set sequence here... you might move through vinyasa, land in yin or restorative, or find something that isn't really "a style" at all, just whatever your body is asking for that day.

Show up with your mat and a little courage. I'll show up with props, music, and suggestions if you want them. Together, we create an hour of honest practice, listening and responding.
